Opportunity Summary
We are seeking an IT Administrator to support our fast-paced construction team across various locations. Your role will focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune, with a beneficial knowledge of Viewpoint ERP. This position suits a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure for a multi-location construction team.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software components.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure robust data security and backup strategies.
- Manage user accounts and access in a diverse setting.
- Perform audits for IT policy compliance.
- Tailor IT solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced construction environment.
- Provide training and support to users with varying skill levels.
- Stay informed on IT industry trends and technologies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in IT administration, particularly in a fast-paced, multi-site context.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Viewpoint ERP experience a benefit but not required.
- Understanding of IT systems, networks, servers, and security.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills; a people person and team player.
- Self-motivated, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Preferred certifications: MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA A .
