Job Posting for Call Center Patient Access Coordinator at BH Access
BH Access, representing outpatient behavioral health providers, is seeking a full-time employee to work in our busy Call Center. Patient Access Coordinators work as part of a team, answering incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, working with providers on scheduling, and other program and patient issues. We are looking for someone with great customer service and telephone skills. This is hybrid position with ability to work from home and from our office in Watertown.
Requirements:
Must have customer service experience, medical experience preferred
Solid organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail, with careful documentation
Experience in a behavioral healthcare environment a plus
Great interpersonal skills
A positive, nonjudgmental, unbiased demeanor is critical. Patience working with sometimes challenging callers
Comfortable learning new computer systems, prior experience using EMR a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
A team player
Proficient in English, Bi-lingual a plus but not required'
