Position Summary: Ensures data and evaluation measures and requirements for the assigned programs are met and data results and related service outcomes and reporting tools follow all prescribed procedures and protocols in a timely and accurate manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all data and evaluation requirements are met, and evaluation results are reported timely and accurately to project staff.
- Analyze data using a combination of methods including data tabulations, descriptive data calculations and correlation, analysis of variance and regression.
- Collaborate with Project Director ensuring regular communication regarding the outcomes of evaluations.
- Use data to make recommendations for improved programming, processes, policies, data gathering and measurement and continual quality improvement.
- Conducts client interviews to gather data (e.g., National Outcomes Measures, Periodic
- Assessments) for grant requirements related to funders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, Health Care Management or related field required.
- Minimum of two years demonstrated experience in research, program evaluation, healthcare analysis, public policy analysis, or related experience.
- Experience translating outcome data into program performance improvement initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer analytics and presentation skills. Technology oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office suite
.Experience with electronic health record and related applications preferred. - Demonstrated experience writing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with Federal and State Grants preferred.
