BHI Energy is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, well organized, computer savvy individual to assist the Security Department during their peak season starting on May 1, 2023.
Hours will be between up to 32 hrs during training. Hours once training is completed will be up to 65 hrs to include weekend.
This is a remote position.
Job duties:
- Send out electronic applications, expedite and track their return.
- Assist applicants with technical questions regarding applications.
- Review applications for completeness and/or questionable attributes and process accordingly.
- Password protection of documents and electronic distribution to appropriate destinations.
- Perform industry data base searches.
- Answer phone calls from clients and field employees, addressing their concerns.
- Detailed database documentation required of all actions.
- Additional assignments based upon skills and department need.
Job Skills:
- Critical attention to detail and problem solving skills required.
- Candidates must have excellent phone and organizational skills.
- The ability to work in a fast pace team environment while making independent judgements is essential.
- Database navigation, Data input & basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Adobe are necessary.
- The flexibility to work overtime based on business conditions is required. Overtime includes early evenings and weekends as needed.
Candidates must satisfy a Nuclear Regulatory Commission background investigation as noted in NEI 03-01.
Remote and hybrid position may be discussed based upon current skills.
