A growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) center looking to move into the Crown Heights area is seeking a business development professional. This individual will be responsible for hiring staff, managing the facility, and overseeing the operations of the children's ABA center.
Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring and training staff for the new ABA center.
- Managing daily operations and ensuring the facility runs smoothly.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth.
- Overseeing financial planning and budgeting.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including families, staff, and the community.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or educational sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
