Job Description: BHM is a fast growing STR property management company in the West Palm Beach area. We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Cleaner in the West Palm Beach area. This individual truly cares about maintaining the homes like it's their own, is reliable, has exceptional communication and is a team player.
What you'll do...
- Gather, change, and launder linens and towels
- Report any maintenance issues to the local team
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as cleaning/sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to our cleaning standards- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when necessary
- Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
- Work with the dynamic schedule
Job Requirements:- Previous vacation house cleaning experience (required)
- Ability to perform tasks within an established timeline
- Ability to assess the property and report damages to management quickly
- Comfort using smartphone apps: Breezeway and Slack app for communication
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver license
- Attention to detail and pride in work
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
- Weekend, on-call, and holiday availability
