Summary/Objective
The Help Desk Support Analyst is responsible for providing exceptional end user experience while performing front line support for computer users. This non-clinical job requires skills and experience providing friendly customer service and trouble shooting. The Help Desk Support Analyst must support the mission of providing Sacred Work to all who enter the doors of Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas.
Essential Job Duties
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Provide help desk support for employees, contractors, physicians and physician staff.
Set up and remove computer system access and email for users.
Track orders and escalate issues to other IT teams as required.
Create and transfer billing files to contractors using FTP
Log and update calls by entering problem work order tickets into a call tracking database.
Assist Help Desk Support Operators with service requests.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
5-10 years of experience
Required License/Certifications
