Looking for a Computer Technician, to help support our clients, small to mid-size Company's across long Island.
Candidates should have knowledge in the following
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 Desktop and Server Support, maintenance Troubleshooting, upgrades and repairs
- Provide Support over the Phone with end users
- Able to make own schedule accordingly
Candidates should have knowledge in the following
- Desktop and laptop support (Windows 7/8/10)
- Windows Server support (2012/2016/2019)
- Email / MS Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019) Office 365
- General networking (firewalls, routers, WIFI, TCP/IP)
-Windows Terminal Server
- Anti-virus / malware solutions
- VPN
- Data backup solutions
-Firewalls, Routers, Access points
- Hyper-V, VMware
- Web / Domain / DNS
a plus if you are knowledgeable in the following
- Meraki Hardware
- D-Link Switches / Access point
- Cisco Routers
- HP Thin Clients
- Lenovo Laptops / Tinys
- Dell Servers
- SIP Phones
Good communication and creative problem solving skills are a must.
