What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Teacher - Floater position at Biashara, Inc.?
Under the direction of center administration, the floater will execute classroom activities and help maintain a classroom environment that is developmentally appropriate and meets the individual needs of children. The floater position will move into different classrooms to help maintain the standards of the center. Classrooms may include infants, toddlers, preschool, and school age. The floater will help support both of our San Bernardino locations.

Requirements for teachers:
12 Core ECE Units (a. Child, Family and the Community, b. Health and Safety, c. Infant or Child Development and d. curriculum including Infant Curriculum).
Infant and toddler teachers must have three infant units
We will not consider candidates without the 12 Core ECE Units AND transcripts.
License/Certification:
Mandated Reporter, CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications we seek:
- You must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations is essential, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare center or a comparable group childcare program for at least six months is preferred.
- Completion of 16 hours of health and safety training showcases your dedication to maintaining high standards of care.
