Company Overview: BIBA is an exclusive private member's Hotel and social dining club that offers its members an elevated and vibrant environment. Located in the historic El Cid neighborhood, BIBA is being developed to create a unique atmosphere, exceptional service, and exclusive events.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Membership Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in curating memorable experiences for our members.

Responsibilities:
Membership Management:
- Manage all aspects of membership, including acquisition, retention, and member relations.
Presentation and Negotiation: Present membership benefits and offerings to prospective members, effectively negotiating membership terms and closing sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all membership inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
- Foster strong relationships with current and prospective members to enhance their overall experience.
- Regularly communicate with members to keep them informed about upcoming events, promotions, and club news.
- Create engaging content to promote upcoming events and club news.
Event Planning & Management:
- Organize and oversee a wide range of events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional member experiences.
- Develop and host exclusive events that showcase the benefits and lifestyle of Biba Social membership to attract and convert potential members.
- Collaborate with external vendors to plan and execute events.
- Develop and manage the events budget, ensuring all events are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and décor.
- Ensure that all events align with the BIBA’s brand and uphold the club's standards of excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in membership management, preferably in a private members’ club or luxury hospitality environment.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software with Experience in PeopleVine is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for members.
- Knowledge of local and national social scenes and trends is a plus.
