POSITION : Customer Service Representative
COMPENSATION : Competitive salary DOE

LOCATION : Deer Park, Texas
SUMMARY : Responsible for all aspects of the Customer Service role. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Address customer needs in a timely manner
- Process Quotes and Orders in a timely manner
- Return customer calls as necessary
- Make out-going phone calls as required to obtain Customer Service information
- Expedite all Distribution open Sales Orders
- Handle all customer Certification request
- Handle all customer Proof Of Delivery
- Provide RMAs to Customers
- Enter Cases
- Required to participate in the On Call rotation
- Assist in covering breaks, lunches, & vacations for the receptionist as required
- Attend all trainings and meetings as required to improve customer service, computer, phone competence or any other requirements that would be important to the success as a customer service professional
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2-5 years customer service experience
- 2-4 years fire and safety product knowledge preferred
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
