As the Divisional Director of Resident Services, you are responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance within the Branches in your division and ensuring the residents of Bickford receive superior quality care. You will be a resource for branch management on resident care, conduct routine audits in your division, and provide Senior Management with ways to improve resident care.  Upholds and ensures Bickford’s culture and core values.

Your day-to-day:

• Ensure residents receive superior quality care
• Ensure Bickford’s processes are followed
• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Manage caregivers to ensure the principles of assisted living and Bickford’s culture are integrated into all aspects of resident care 
• Complete assessments and service plans and communicate to Bickford Family Members, residents and families
• Delegate tasks to caregivers
• Maintain an effective dementia program which enhances positive resident outcomes 
• Foster an environment where small, but memorable, experiences are created for our residents

Requirements:

• Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse, BSN preferred
• CPR certification and valid driver's license (in good standing)
• On call 365 days a year for resident concerns
• Basic knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Local travel between Sioux City, Fort Dodge, Ames, Marshalltown, Urbandale and W. Des Moines.

Preferred Requirements:

• Multi-site management experience
• Geriatric care experience
• Demonstrated ability to maintain regulatory compliance
• Ability to represent Bickford in a professional manner at all times
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
