RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsibilities:
- Provide resident transportation to/from outings as assigned
- Ensure resident safety and appropriate level of supervision during transportation/outings
- Assist in the coordination of resident outings
- Know the unique interests of residents and encourage/assist them to participate in outings, using the information provided about them during their move-in process.
- Assist in leading activities in between transportation outings.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; or three months of related experience or training.
- Willing to take additional training or education, which specific states may require.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are required or willing to obtain.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A valid driver’s license and a driving record consistent with Bickford’s insurance carrier guidelines.
