Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Support
- Serve in a support role for HRIS system projects and initiatives
- Provide support in upgrades, patching, configuring, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining various HRIS programs, systems, and reports
- Assist in data cleanups done through mass uploads and data entry
- Provide troubleshooting, daily user support, and training to systems users and partners
Documentation and Training
Develops and maintains HR system documentation, reference, and end-user training materials
Reporting
- Execute and support company and government reports using data from various systems
- Create, maintain, and deliver HR Reporting tools to users
Other
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Assists HRIS manager as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced MS Office skills especially in Excel (formulas, VLookUps, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience using advanced MS Excel functionality on projects and / or daily tasks preferred
- Prior experience with HRIS Systems preferred
- Ability to manage highly confidential data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
