Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Arcade Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining arcade games and other facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of Big Al’s business goals and objectives.
- Adjust arcade games for proper ticket payout.
- Diagnose problems on arcade games; order, replace and/or repair parts.
- Establish and maintain parts inventory for arcade games.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to the Facility Manager.
- Operation of power and manual tools.
- Follow preventative maintenance schedule for machines including cleaning and cosmetic repair.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Operates POS equipment, servers, and computers.
- Professionally interact with vendors, guest’s, and staff members
- Ensures satisfactory maintenance, appearance, and condition of assigned facilities to comply with security, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances.
- Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations, and company policy.
- Required to help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment. Will remove garbage and recycle when needed, will participate in cleaning duties such as sweeping, wiping down equipment, mopping and more.
- Required to follow all safety procedures to ensure personal and guest safety from potential hazards.
- Other duties as assigned; Performs all shift duties as required by Facilities Manager.

Job Qualifications
SCHEDULE: Schedule may vary depending on hours of operation; must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma; or equivalent and at least one year of facilities maintenance or mechanic experience.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THE JOB:
- Preferred knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanics and carpentry.
- Intermediate skills in MS office programs
- Ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems
- Proven ability to work professionally as a team and independently when necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work effectively with people at all staff levels, customers and external agents
- Ability to problem solve generating positive impacts
- Awareness and ambassador of safety and cultivating an inclusive team culture
