Hospice Admissions Specialist RN - Full Time - Tallahassee, Florida *** $10,000 Sign-On Bonus ***Relocation Assistance Available
Hospice RN Admissions Nurse performs pre-admission evaluations to determine appropriateness for hospice services. Initiates the admission process by educating and informing patient and family of hospice and its services.
This position will work full time rotating schedule which may include weekends and/or holidays.
Requirements
Must have an active Florida RN License,
a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required..
