What We're Looking For:
- We are looking to add a full-time Account Manager position to join our growing team.
- We're looking for an exceptional customer service and sales professional!
The primary responsibility of this position is to support our Vendors, real estate agents, and event team to promote our Vendors to our Agents. In addition to servicing our current vendors, there’s a lot of upside opportunity for bringing in more vendors.
Compensation: $3,000 per month new vendor bonuses and benefits including medical, vision, dental & 401k.
Day-To-Day Work Would Include:
- Manage an active group of vendors to ensure they are happy and getting attention.
- Regular outreach vendors to keep them in the loop of events and opportunities
- Working to find and onboard new ventures (extra income opportunities for you)
- Organizing and supporting events
- Actively work on connecting our Agents to our Vendors and service providers
- Stay active in our private Facebook group to promote events and vendors
- Quarterly meetings with vendors to check on their success and progress
- Distributing flyers, and marketing material
- Reserving conference rooms and checking in/out signs
- Projects assigned by the management team
The position will be full-time and there is a tremendous opportunity to grow with the company.
The person we hire will receive full training in their role.
Who Is A Good Fit:
- Someone who Loves customer service, sales, and likes working independently.
- Any Real Estate experience is a major plus, but not necessary.

- Great communication skills and ability to make 50 outbound calls per day
- Very outgoing with an A customer service approach

- Able to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve urgent agent issues
- An organized approach and ability to work around distractions
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
- Sense of humor and enjoys working with people
Skills Preferred:
- Real Estate Experience
