Description
The Store Manager supports the success of the company by implementing and executing the company initiatives while motivating and training the team members they manage.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure an excellent guest experience
- Provide a safe environment for team members and guests
- Meet or exceed performance targets
- Manage team members by upholding our core values, training and motivating
- Communicate effectively and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Requirements
Store Managers must:
- Be energetic, hard-working, and ethical
- Be able to work the necessary amount of time in order to complete tasks and support performance execution.
- Understand and follow company strategies and policies
- Have strong communicating, coaching, motivating and supervising skills
- Have strong automotive retail sales background with at least 1 year of experience in a management capacity.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a high level of personal integrity.
- Possess the ability to speak and present in a small to medium sized group.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Have knowledge of tires, tire related and mechanical services are highly desirable.
- Possess of a valid Driver's License and must be insurable under our automobile insurance.
