Reporting to the President, this is a full-time position, offering not only a competitive salary and benefits that are commensurate with one's experience, but a lot of variety and exigent tasks. This position prepares and processes payroll, manages time off, manages the HR software (Paylocity) with all its functionalities, and supports and manages the entire employee lifecycle service. You will also interact with outside vendors for the Company's benefits program. Additionally, this position provides some back up to accounting and administrative support to company management.

Your main responsibilities and duties include:
- Preparing and processing of semi-monthly payroll, including all personnel data entry, tracking of employment data and metric.
- Maintaining of employment record information.
- Ensuring legal compliance on state and federal levels by updating and implementing new company policies and procedures where necessary.
- Responding to general employee inquiries.
- Managing all aspects of the company employee's lifecycle experience including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit or separation.
- Maintaining and/or establishing contact with local trade schools and universities.
- Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by the management team.
You are the perfect candidate if you bring the following qualifications and skills with you:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Business field or similar work
experience in HR/Accounting field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Advanced organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to solve problems and be flexible.
- Empathy and Discretion.
- Experience with payroll software Paylocity and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
