Shift Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• Successfully complete our on-site training program. (You will be paid an hourly rate during this period.)
• Interact with customers and ensure that they are satisfied with their wash and their experience.
• Assist customers in purchasing single washes, know each of our wash options and the difference between them, sell Unlimited Wash Club Memberships, and know the script inside and out before you start your first shift.
• Guide customers onto Conveyor using hand signals.
• Assist with maintaining a well-kept facility.

• Minimum 4 years experience preferred
• Be enthusiastic and friendly.
• Must enjoy working with people.
• Serve our customers in friendly manner with a big smile.
• Applicants MUST be clean cut and neat in appearance.
• Be a team player.
• Be willing and able to stand on your feet during your shift and work outside.
• Like to learn new skills in areas of customer service, safety, mechanical, and computers.

Compensation:

• $12 – $13 an hour starting pay for shift leaders plus bonuses

• Rome, GA 30165: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
