Big Frog Custom T-shirts & More of South Austin is seeking customer focused sales/retail professional.
You will be expected to:
- Provide customers information about our product and service offerings
- Use our POS (point of sale) system to manage customer transactions
- Enthusiastically greet customers in a timely manner, answer the phones professionally, and respond to customer emails
- Work with customers creating designs that they love!
- Integrate designs onto Big Frog templates, and print
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
About You:
- You like talking with people, and working out their ideas
- You are comfortable working in PhotoShop, Illustrator or CorelDraw
- You have worked in a retail environment for at least two years
- You are a problem solver
- You can multi-task and are a hard worker
- You are dependable, prompt and drama free
- You are available to work Saturdays and some holidays
- You have good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
