What are the responsibilities and job description for the Culinary Manager position at Big Mike's BBQ Smokehouse?
A Big Mike's BBQ Culinary Manager works under the guidance and leadership of the General Manager. The restaurant Culinary Manager must have basic computer skills, a strong knowledge of food and labor cost and the ability to assist the GM to complete daily operational task in the culinary department an production from the cooks line.
The right candidate will be a self starter with the ability to impact the restaurant in a positive way by promoting high morale, clear communication and completing assigned task. The KPM is highly responsible for high sanitation practices and recipe compliance standards. The KPM is responsible for working a range of shifts and can perform all duties in the restaurant with a high focus on kitchen duties.
