Job Status:  Full-Time. Must be available to work weekends. 

FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt 

Salary: Pay commensurate with experience, base salary plus commission. 

Essential Functions Statement(s) 

• Meet with clients to discuss and closely analyze their financing needs and determine which financial resource will provide the best rate and term package. Originate and process loans, as appropriate

• Prepare and submit finance package to bank for funding and loan documents for closing. Ensure that all State and Federal guidelines are being met and that finance packages are sound

• Provide a comprehensive explanation of additional products, services, and extended warranties, and of manufacturer and dealership service procedures that may enhance the customers purchase

• Responsible for preparation of all title work and US Coast Guard documentation for all new and used brokered boats, motors, and trailer

• Maintain dealer licensing and file all sales reports with Department of Revenue

• At all times, uphold strict legal and ethical standards that are representative of our company values

• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required

Experience: 4-6 years’ marine or automotive sales financing and/or service experience preferred. Previous sales experience a plus  

Computer Skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google docs. Experience with DockMaster is highly valued

Certifications & Licenses: Must possess, or have the ability to become a notary public in the State of Missouri   

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Typical office environment with moderate noise level when working indoors.
