Overview:

Center! We are seeking a Bookkeeper who can provide exceptional service for our internal team
members, external vendors, and customers. Our mission is to go the extra mile for our customers,

Minimum education requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Associates degree in related discipline is preferred.
Minimum experience requirements:
At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience is required.
Experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel, is required.
Experience with Paycom, Epicor, Bill.com and Sage Intacct is preferred.
Retail experience is a plus.
Position requirements:
Skill in establishing priorities and managing both workload and time wisely.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pay attention to detail, be highly organized and balance multiple priorities while
working under critical deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with both co-workers and vendors.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to follow verbal and written work directions.
Essential Job Functions:
Primary job duty is bookkeeping with A/P, A/R, company credit cards, and payroll for two
store locations.
Assist Office Manager with daily cash deposits, as needed.
Maintain and manage records, documentation and filing systems, which may include
complex and confidential information.
Provide administrative support to third-party accountants, such as conducting research and
creating reports, including month-end financial reconciliation, tracking fixed assets, and
annual audit coordination.
Ensure financials and payroll are compliant with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and
regulations.
Work in collaboration with Inventory Control and Purchasing teams to review invoices, billing,
and vendor credit requests.

Organization, time management & ability to prioritize.
Quality and accuracy in all aspects of job function with exceptional attention to detail.

Work typically takes place indoors.
