Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales barista knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Create employee schedules
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or similar role in coffee retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
