Who we seek:
We are looking for an experienced sales leader that can drive deals in strategic accounts and build an ecosystem of partners. The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise data or security products and understand complex selling to technical audiences. Experience selling to senior leadership. Find, motivate and build strong valuable partnerships. Working in a large company experience is great but you must have some prior experience working inside a start-up with demonstrable results.
What you’ll do:
- Develop sales territory with key strategic accounts
- Develop a partner ecosystem by building a plan for ACV growth tied to the region’s strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal stakeholders and partners
- Identify target accounts and white space plans with partner leadership to drive execution and governance
- Align partner sales plays, offerings and industry assets/solutions with the BigID.
- Responsible for territory quota and named accounts
- Direct an inside sales team and marketing to uncover opportunities in territory
- Conduct regular cadence between the Partner & BigID stakeholders and adjust strategies
- Identify partner enablement needs and align with internal resources to fill the gaps
- Ensure effective and timely internal and external communication and coordination of BigID’s ecosystem strategy and execution results
What you’ll bring:
- An ability to navigate complex organizations
- Initiate and nurture relationships amongst c-level technology buyers
- Proven ability to build, communicate, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment
- Strong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different partner GTM models
- Have a grounding in emerging data protection regulations like GDPR, LGPD
- Comfort with Salesforce
- Prior experience selling data security and governance technology
- 8 years selling software into Fortune 100 accounts
- Experience selling into financial services in the security, data or compliance office
