Who we seek:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Privacy Product team, reporting to the Director of Product management. Our Product team is based in Tel Aviv, dealing with building enterprise privacy solutions (as described above). As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative privacy solutions for enterprise clients in BigID. Our ideal candidate is someone who has 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in agile environments and is able to listen, ideate, lead and deliver.
What you'll do:
- Own end to end enterprise Privacy solutions in BigID - inbound and outbound
- Build the vision and define the technical, business, and UX requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Work in an agile environment managing your own scrum team and area of the product.
- Prioritize complex features across multiple areas of expertise, with consideration for quality, resiliency, and delivery timeline trade-offs.
- Work closely with engineering teams clarifying requirements and ensuring delivery provides value to customers.
- Collaborate with UX designers, Product Managers providing feedback on suggested designs and requirements.
- Manage customers' and stakeholders' expectations
What you'll bring:
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in agile environments
- Proven experience with leading web-based B2B or B2C products and features from ideation to launch, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.
- Proven decision-making skills supported by data, user understanding, and intellect.
- Proven ability to handle multiple, fast-moving creative projects and flexibility working in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to solve large complex problems.
- Background in Data Intelligence oriented products - an advantage
