Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and versatile Bikinibird Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring our operations run smoothly across multiple facets of the business, including e-commerce, warehouse shipping support, marketing, social media, events, inventory support, photoshoot preparation, filing, organization, and more.
Duties
- E-commerce Support: Assist with the management of Bikinibird website: merchandising online collections and inventory updates.
- Warehouse & Shipping: Support inventory management, warehouse fulfillment, product tagging and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery to our 5 stores.
- Marketing & Social Media: Contribute creative ideas and assist in executing marketing strategies, including content creation and scheduling on social media platforms.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute promotional events, pop-ups, and community engagements.
- Inventory Support: Track stock levels and assist with restocking and organizing merchandise.
- Photoshoot Prep: Aid in the preparation of photoshoots, including organizing products and coordinating schedules.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform filing, organizing, and other clerical duties as needed to maintain efficient office operations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
