Location: The Woodlands, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the monthly and annual financial close process
• Report Order Intake, Forecast, Budget, Project Results monthly and quarterly
• Analyze any variances in the P&L on a monthly basis
• Manage and report WIP and AR aging with respects to working capital management
• Review, forecast, and report cash flow
• Prepare and present Month Financial Reports with Operations
• Ensure timeliness of monthly and annual finance close process
• Manage and report Bilfinger saving initiatives for CMII and SG&A and CO2 emissions in respective corporate reporting tools
• Adhere to internal controls principles and assist with testing relevant controls
• Work closely with Central Back Office to ensure accuracy of all account reconciliations and postings
• Assist and coordinate internal and external audits
• Work closely with Operations and Commercial to create annual budget
• Communicate effectively between Business Unit and Headquarters
• Coordinate with sites and commercial to ensure accuracy of project results
• Assist in Ad-hoc projects and reports assigned by leadership

Basic Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant accounting experience
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to provide quality work in a timely manner
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP preferred
