Duties:
- Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff, including assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and address any issues or concerns
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Participate in staff meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide direct patient care as needed, including performing diagnostic evaluations, administering medications, and assisting with procedures

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
