Wholesale Title Clerk with Experience

Compensation - $18-$22 per hour full time

Hours - Full Time, 4 day work week, flexible schedule!

Job Description:

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Wholesale Title Clerk who will process all Wholesale title work along with working closely with auctions and our used vehicle department.  This person will be in charge of:

•  Process vehicle title documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Processing wholesale deals through Reynolds and Reynolds

• Weekly schedule review with updates on sold units

• Weekly title updates on non sold units

• Back up for retail title department and off street purchases

• Working in a team environment

 Ability to have great customer service and answer customers questions as needed

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.

• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.

• Time Management – prioritizing workload.

•  Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail

•  Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed

• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus

• MUST have vehicle title experience

• Must be 18 or older
