We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships with companies for software integration. This individual will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying, securing, and closing high-value business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential partner companies to integrate BilliMD's software solutions.
• Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing high-value deals with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Integration Specialists, Software Development) to ensure successful execution of integration projects.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand the network of potential partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Track and report on key business development metrics, including closed connections and partnership revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A proven track record of aggressively pursuing and closing high-value deals in business development, sales, or partnerships, especially within the software or healthcare technology sectors.
• Relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying new opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills that enable you to create and secure lasting partnerships.
• Strong ability to thrive in a competitive environment, with a focus on results and impact.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and integration processes is a plus.

Salary: $75,565-$84,019 plus bonus
