Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Manager to join our team at the Billionaire Boys Club NY Flagship location. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in inventory management and be proficient in using ERP systems, specifically Fulfil. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory processes, from receiving shipments to managing stock levels and fulfilling online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient turnover. Maintain organized stockrooms and implement best practices for inventory control.
  • ERP System Management: Utilize the Fulfil ERP system to manage inventory, process orders, and generate reports. Ensure data accuracy and streamline inventory processes using the system.
  • Receiving Shipments: Manage the receiving process for all incoming shipments. Verify accuracy against purchase orders, inspect for damages, and ensure timely stocking of products.
  • Online Fulfillment: Oversee the online order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and promptly. Coordinate with the e-commerce team to handle any issues or discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales associates, management, and the e-commerce team to ensure seamless operations. Provide training and support to team members on inventory processes and the ERP system.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and order fulfillment. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, with specific experience in Fulfil being a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy boxes as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

  • New York, NY 10013 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • New York, NY 10013: Relocate before starting work (Required)
