What You'll Do:

Billtrust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Marketing Operations Manager to join our innovative B2B marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our portfolio of marketing technology with a focus on composable architecture. This individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration, and driving efficiency in our marketing operations. In addition, the Lead Marketing Operations will oversee the lead management process, ensuring that leads are effectively nurtured and converted.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our marketing tech stack, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and market demands.
  • Manage the roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, internal customer feedback, and strategic direction, ensuring the marketing tech stack remains innovative and competitive.
  • Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring the user experience of our marketing technology is intuitive, seamless, and aligns with internal and external customer expectations.
  • Lead the development lifecycle from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing technology solutions.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between different marketing platforms and systems with a focus on composable architecture and leveraging iPaaS solutions (ex. Tray.io, Workato, Zapier) to extend the capabilities of existing products.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure marketing performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, with a focus on marketing technology, campaign, data, and lead management.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of marketing technology tools, preferably with composable architecture, including Marketing Automation Platforms, CRM, CDP, ABM, Data Warehouse, Data Governance, Analytics, Chat, and Lead Scoring and Routing.
  • Proficiency working with JavaScript, JSON, HTML, SQL
  • Experience building workflows using iPaaS tools (Workato, Tray.io, Zapier)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Base Compensation: $135,000 - $180,000 (bonus offered in addition to base compensation)

Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided pursuant to Equal Pay Laws. Billtrust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide more information about the total compensation package for this position during the interview process.
