Field Sales Advisor
The Field Sales Advisor’s primary purpose is to service our customers and their project needs through an in-home sales process. This position will require a high level of communication, customer service, sales experience, and attention to detail. This position will support field surveying needs while having the opportunity to build a pipeline and create sales.
The responsibilities of this role will consist of taking photos and measurements of properties for scheduled site surveys and finding self-generated prospect leads. A successful Sales Advisor will effectively partner with all departments on best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Generating install and material sales through virtual and in-person appointments
- Scheduling and generating appointments with prospects
- Adhering to all quotas set
- Customer management through CRM platforms
- Running calendar scheduled appointments and following appointment outline
- Completing all designs and pricing with the customer within 24 hrs.
- Updating CRM and adding notes
- Visiting installations and passing out door hangers (min 30 doors)
- Generating leads through events, door knocking, and installs
Site Survey Responsibilities:
- Show up to all scheduled site surveys
- Measure jobs using Moasure and Arcsite
- Notate any and all notes of the job (access, gophers, extra demo, etc)
- Updating Zoho upon site survey completion
- Dropping off samples
Compensation:
- $35,000 base annual salary
- $500 per month car allowance
- $50 per month cell phone reimbursement
- $25 for every site survey completed correctly and sold
- Sales Commission structure
- Estimated on target annual earnings $62,000-$77,000*
- *Estimated on target earnings based on annual salary, commission and surveys completed
Travel:
- 60% travel throughout assigned geographical area to meet with customers and survey customer sites
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, move/maneuver up to 25lbs regularly
- Ability to sit and drive for long periods (4-5 hours per day)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop regularly
Primary Location:
- Southern California
Required Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office/CRM
- Valid California driver’s license
Preferred:
- 1-3 years sales experience
- Construction related experience
- Site survey knowledge/experience
- Strong business acumen
Salary : $62,000 - $77,000
