Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Valid driver’s license
- Golf Cart Operation
- Pass Drug screening and Background Check
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Communicate clear & professionally with Team Members
- General Cleaning of Public & Private Business Areas. Sanitizing Bathrooms, Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Windows, Trash & Restocking Janitorial Items.
- Cleaning & Servicing Work Equipment
- General Building Maintenance. Light Bulbs, Setup / Breakdown Furniture & Fixtures, Painting and other types of handyman tasks.
- Must be able to Manage Time & Work with Minimum Supervision
