Binbox Inc. is an innovative technological company that is focused on revolutionizing short-term storage solutions for people on the go. Utilizing a cellphone and the Binbox app customers can locate, rent, and store their items safely and securely in our lockers.
Our mission is to create a friendly and seamless customer experience from automobile to arena. Binbox Inc. is rapidly expanding and emerging in multiple markets, including office spaces, sports venues, concerts, and arenas.
What will you be doing:
- Handle multiple customers at one time, multitasking by answering questions and locker logistics
- Helping customers navigate to the locker area creating traffic flow for ease of entering and exiting the space
- Provide superior customer service and have the ability to problem solve.
- Provide positive, proactive support to customers who are scanning the QR codes and downloading the Binbox app and completing rental transactions.
- Work independently or with a team depending on the size of the event.
- Assist in set-up and tear down of rental space. Perform minor maintenance such as checking batteries and adjusting locker doors when needed.

Must be able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
Who you are:
- Superior, proactive and positive customer-facing skills.
- Technical familiarity with downloading iOS and Android app technology in order to problem-solve and assist customers with rental transactions.
- At least 18 years old.
- Flexibility to remain onsite until event responsibilities are concluded, some events may run longer than scheduled.

Be able to walk or stand for long periods at a time.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous customer service experience
