Rental Advisor for Bobcat, Kubota, and New Holland equipment dealership. Bingham Equipment Company is currently seeking an experienced Rental/Service Advisor for our Prescott, AZ location. Qualified team members will have prior rental experience in the construction and farm equipment business, as well as a basic knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems. Applicants must be customer service focused, detail oriented, and possess great organizational skills in order to meet internal and external deadlines. Basic daily duties include but are not limited to, processing rental equipment requests and returns, routing and scheduling transport trucks throughout multiple locations, monitoring and maintaining rental fleet inventory, service equipment write up and release, opening and closing service work orders, communicating with mechanics and with customers on service repairs, and facilitating and maintaining a clean and organized work environment .
