ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Implement algorithms to estimate protein/peptide turnover using two mass isotopmers. The successful candidate will implement newly derived closed-form equations. The product of this work will be a rate constant determination procedure, which uses incomplete isotope profiles.he postdoctoral fellow will conduct, report and present research in his/her field of study under the supervision of a faculty mentor.
This is a training position, and is not expected to be a permanent position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
PhD in Bioinformatics or Computational Sciences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and experience in large-scale programming in C/C , experience in statistical analysis as applied to "omics" data is strongly desired.

Rank of Postdoc and Salary Commensurate with Experience
