**ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIREABLE**

The Equipment Technician will be responsible for providing maintenance support for the manufacturing department as well as act as a backup machine operator for the AMK Mixtruder

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and required maintenance at the direction of the Production Supervisor
• Troubleshoot and complete appropriate maintenance requests
• Forklift repair
• Perform emergency maintenance as required
• Inspect facilities and equipment on a regular basis
• All other tasks assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and use of basic tools and manufacturing processes.
• Able to communicate and understand directions and written maintenance procedures in English language.

Work environment

The primary work environment is in a warehouse area. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

Physical demands

The physical demands of this position are typical of warehouse environment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather temperatures/ conditions.

Travel required

No travel may be required for this position.

Required education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
