Product Manager
The Product Manager is a member of the Agile Product Team responsible for transforming high level requirements into user stories, confirming user workflow with clinical operations, and confirming user requirements. This is an instrumental role in driving day to day development for chronic care management. Specifically, this role will support the Biofourmis Care product, a product that help clinicians manage patients with chronic conditions. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team. This role reports to the Senior Product Manager, who is responsible for the Program Backlog.
Responsibilities
- User Story Development - transforming high level requirements into user stories, confirming user workflow with clinical operations, and confirming user requirements
- Works with systems engineering to confirm URS and SRS meet high level requirements
- Works with Senior Product Manager and SME stakeholders to define and document customer pain points
- Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing to assure a level of quality has been achieved by validating that the Story meets acceptance criteria
- Approves stories as complete.
- Works with Quality Assurance team to follow up with users on every reported bug
- Responsible to update product management every sprint on Story status to align with delivery expectations for each release
- Meets regularly with clinical operations to define Optimal User Experience
- Reports to Senior Product Manager, who is responsible for the Program Backlog, to assist in preparing for the Product Roadmap.
- Conducts data validation projects for integrations with electronic medical record systems
- Defines methodology for data collection as part of product technical specifications and data dictionaries
- Confirms defined mitigations for known issues are part of user guides and clinical SOPs
- Follow up on outstanding action items with team members
- Defines and sends pre meeting agendas
- Defines and sends post meeting notes
- Polishes power point presentations
- Extensive experience writing clear documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3 years required experience as part of a team building chronic care medication management solutions
- 3 years direct patient experience
- Experience with data cleaning and data validation projects
- Experience submitting bug tickets in a defined format
- Experience writing SOPs and work instructions
- Experience doing training and demonstrations
- Experience working collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Development team, and Clinicians
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education plus job experience
