What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housing Inspectors II position at Biogensys?
Job Description:
- Perform Housing Quality Standards inspections including initial inspections, annual re-certification inspections, condition inspections and all re-inspections of failed units.
- Assure that program participants have a safe, decent place to live by conducting inspections consistently.
- Examine properties to ensure they have adequate sanitation and drainage systems.
- Remain familiar and current with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Federal Regulations and state and local building codes as they relate to Housing Programs.
- Organized and can handle a fast-paced atmosphere.
Work hours:
- 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Lunch Duration: 1 hour (unpaid)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.24 per hour
