Job Description
Spa Coordinator The right candidate is someone who is comfortable in a high end luxury environment and for whom client service is a priority. Spa Coordinators serve as the friendly and welcoming face of the spa, keep things organized and running smoothly, and portray a polished and professional demeanor at all times. This position reports and supports the Spa Manager. COVID requirement: Must be fully vaccinated. Mission: -Answer phones, book appointments, and perform receptionist duties, gather and maintain clientele information in database. -Greet clients and assist them during their visit, ensuring a positive, consistent guest experience. -Provide information to clients regarding spa services and memberships. -Ensure the spa operations run smoothly; track inventory, stock supplies, keep spa aesthetics presentable. -Supervises effective daily operations including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections, linens, and general facility maintenance: ensure areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. -Promote spa services; suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services. -Perform follow-up calls after certain procedures. -Clean and stock treatment rooms including laying out special equipment or supplies to be used during the treatments.
Job Requirements
Profile: -Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and phone skills -Social perceptiveness and situational awareness, especially in a luxury environment -Professional manner, discretion, and appearance -5 years of customer service experience -2 years of Sales experience in a retail environment -2 years of office management -2 years in the spa industry and/or hospitality, particularly skincare -Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or GSuite -CPR/First Aid Certified a huge plus
