Position Summary
The Senior Manager, ERP/GxP Systems is the key technical liaison supporting the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other related GxP systems. This person will use specialized technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of current business processes to solve simple to complex business problems. He/She/They will collaboratively architect, develop and deploy solutions across multiple functional departments that impact GxP and or heavily utilize the ERP system.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and other related systems.
- Collaboratively architect, implement and support a strategic technical ecosystem that can support future state needs.
- Ensure successful support of day-to-day needs of business users leveraging internal technical resources and vendor partners as needed.
- Coach and mentor fellow team members.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Position Expertise/Qualifications
Degree/Diploma Obtained
Bachelors Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent Required
Minimum Years of Experience

7-10 years Medium to large scale ERP system (such as SAGE X3, MS Dynamics, Required
Epicor, Netsuite, Infor, or similar).
3-5 years Demand to Supply Required
3-5 years Order to Cash Process Required

3-5 years Finance to Manage Process Required
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience with mid to large scale ERP such as Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or NetSuite, Infor or similar
- Strong understanding of complex business logic and complex enterprise applications.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a hands-on approach.
- Well organized; able to prioritize and coordinate tasks and projects.
- Experience with managing projects and priorities with competing deadlines.
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization by providing clear concise communication.
- Strong collaborative skills; experience working with various departments and vendors for a common goal.
- Experience working in the Life Sciences industry or other regulated industries
- Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 820, 21 CFR Part 1270, 21 CFR Part 1271, 21 CFR Part 11
- Ability to explain technical details to business leadership and advise the appropriate technical changes or investments to make
