Overview of Role:
· Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the ideal candidate for this position will be the primary liaison between the CRO and daily execution on sales team KPIs and revenue goals.
· The accountability and expectations are high for this individual and the output of this role. The ideal hire should have strong self-awareness to share/receive insight and apply learnings quickly.
· This role would oversee a sales team of 5-10 account executives, most starting after the fulfillment of this role. This person would be expected to learn and implement a 5-week training program for the new sales class while consistently coaching and ensuring deliverables are met.
· This person must be resourceful, relentless for progress, solutions minded and encompass a strong EQ to navigate internal and external responsibilities of the role. Strong communication skills and an empathic demeanor are vital to the long-term success of this executive.
Requirements of Role:
· Strong operational mindset with consistent execution and organized time management. Must be familiar with SalesForce or similar CRM program.
· Proven track record of hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
· Strong ability to coach, mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members, creating a collaborative environment to drive sales.
· Planning and executing a business plan to penetrate new clients/markets.
· Must be keen listeners who is client-focused and able to illustrate an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· This person must have excellent communication skills, high energy level, and a positive attitude that is resourceful, driven, and highly dependable.
· 1-3 years experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
