Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food safety protocols are followed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Skills:
- Strong cash handling skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience in food preparation is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen procedures
- Ability to bus tables efficiently
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
