```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our restaurant's recipes and standards. Your role will involve assisting in menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring food safety and quality. ```Duties``` - Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency and quality - Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist in menu planning and development - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service - Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations - Assist with catering events as needed ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment - Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Culinary degree or certification is a plus If you have a passion for culinary arts, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have the skills necessary to excel as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, we would love to hear from you.
