As a Business Performance Analyst, you will influence decision-making processes throughout the organization by providing high-quality and in-depth analytical insights and recommendations.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with key stake holders to gather and document business requirements, map processes, identify KPI’s, and present results.
- Self-starter balancing multiple tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
- Utilize technical knowledge in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft suite or other tools to create and maintain business reporting.
- Provide insight into surrounding performance against industry benchmarking.
- Compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts of data analyzed to prepare forecasts and recognize/identify trends through analysis and make recommendations.
- Apply general business, business, processes, and best practices knowledge to support business projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- BS in Analytics, Accounting, Finance or other technical or business-related field
- 1 – 3 years of Tableau and SQL Experience
- Experience with Microsoft suit of programs
- Bonus knowledge of programing in Python or R
- An awesome attitude!
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers and co-workers
