As the Service Advisor you are responsible for ensuring our customers receive prompt, courteous and effective service. You will troubleshoot customer concerns in person and over the phone while also coordinating work orders between the customer and the service team. Teamwork and leadership skills are an integral part of this position.

Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
- Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems to support the sales process
- Relevant background in sales and/or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
- An awesome attitude!
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
