Bishop & Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a large healthcare establishment in the downtown, Honolulu area.

Duties :
- Supporting VP level leadership
- Answering phones
- Administrative / Office assistance
- Outlook Calendar management
Skills :
- 1-2 years of administrative experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in administrative roles, supporting VP level leadership
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Outlook Calendar Management experience, required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities Additional Information :
- Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm
- Location : Downtown, Ward Ave
- Parking : may subsidize for certain garages
